Helen Bowditch, born and educated in the UK, has 25 years gaming and financial services experience. Starting her career in the casino industry as a member of Atlantic Associates, the industry leaders in casino concessionaires on board cruise ships; Helen worked as Casino Cage and Credit Manager across the many vessels, culminating as Fleet Shore Side Operations Supervisor, developing and implementing slots and tables accounting applications, creating cash balance reporting structures and coordinating personnel schedules. Helen was responsible for the startup and success of several gaming ships which dominated the industry in Florida and the Bahamas in the ‘80s and ‘90s.
Helen transitioned to Comdata, a gaming financial services company as Senior Account Manager, providing support and on-site training to casino personnel, as well as collaborating with casino management to maximise the floor's potential with various financial products. Global Cash Access (GCA) acquired Comdata and Helen's responsibilities broadened to include expanding GCA's International business. With her knowledge of the UK and its intricate gaming laws and many contacts nurtured from her worldwide travel, this was a perfect marriage and Helen played a predominant role in bringing GCA to the UK and continental Europe, whilst working closely with local social responsibility charities and organisations.
Ashley's began his career as an Industrial Electrical Engineer, before entering the gaming industry in the early eighties at Sol Kerzner"s, Sun City Resort in Southern Africa. At Sun City he gained a thorough knowledge of slot operation solutions from leading manufacturers, developed a deep understanding of the gaming business and gained significant International contacts with gaming executives across the globe.
Ashley then worked as a Slot Technician Manager with Atlantic Associates operating over 40 casinos onboard cruise ships ensuring industry high benchmarks around system integrity and up-time were exceeded.
Ashley then joined Global Cash Access (now EVRI : NYSE) to develop the cruise ship industry introducing custom quasi cash solutions and related services. After 18 years with Everi, Ashley grew the cruise ship vertical to market dominance while also expanding the Everi foot print to the Caribbean Islands, a large portfolio of major casino operators in Florida and supported multiple growth initiatives in the UK, Europe, Macau and Canada.
Ashley resides in South Florida with his wife Helen, enjoys traveling, an active lifestyle which includes golf and a passion for the English Premier League.

Kurt Sullivan has 40 years of experience in the Hotel & Casino and Gaming Financial Services industries. With over 25 years directly related to gaming, Kurt held senior operations positions, including COO and Director for Circus Circus Enterprises Inc. where he managed the daily operation of 9 hotel and casino properties, 1 theme park, and 2 joint-venture hotel and casino operations with locations in the US and Canada. Kurt's 15 years of gaming financial services experience includes serving as the EVP of Business Application and Development for Global Cash Access, the largest financial services provider to the gaming industry. He was responsible for the design, deployment, and management of Global Cash Access's, PC-based financial applications Credit Card Cash Advance, Check Warranty, and Western Union to include the only Facial Biometric Advance ATM in the gaming industry. While managing the daily development of Global Cash Access core products, Kurt also oversaw Central Credit, the oldest data warehouse of gaming-related credit and the daily risk management for Global Cash Access / Central Credit check warranty business.

Scott Dowty, a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP), has 25 years in the payments and gaming space and an original architect for the cash access business in the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and much of Asia.
Scott started his career in 1987 when he founded Canadian Ice International in Toronto, Canada, a manufacturer of brand name and generic skin supplies. Canadian Ice was the first to develop the Bug & Sun Block SKU amongst many other unique products. Canadian Ice intellectual property was sold to a large Canadian brewery in the early 90's and Canadian Ice International was sold to International interests. Scott then founded Soapopular Inc in the mid 90's which developed the first Internationally recognized alcohol free hand sanitizer. Soapoular was manufactured in Toronto, Canada and sold in thousands of retail and wholesale locations around the world. Scott sold his interests in Soapopular in 2009. Since 1987 Scott has also participated in over forty real estate transactions and this remains a real passion of his today.
Scott spent ten years as Director of CIBC Card Products and General Manager and Senior Vice President at First Data International in Toronto, Canada between 1995 and 2005. Scott transitioned to Las Vegas, Nevada in November 2005 serving Global Cash Access (EVRI:NYSE) as Chief Marketing Officer (Section 16) and Executive Vice President responsible for all International business and much of the domestic operation. Scott's most recent position was with CardConnect Inc where he served as Chief Revenue Officer (Section 16) and Executive Vice President through their acquisition by Fintech Development Corp to CardCaronnect Inc (CCN:NAS) now listed on the Nasdaq.
Scott is Chief Revenue Officer for Apriva, a US based payments, security and technology company delivering complex omni commerce integrations and Information Security Systems (ISS) providing government agencies the best secure infrastructure, messaging and authentication available. Apriva is Payment Card Industry (PCI) validated, US National Security Agency (NSA) validated and a Single Source Provider to the US Department of Defence (DOD).
